Monitoring and evaluation: Take lead and support in preparation and implementation of monitoring plans of Managers Collect data from Partners, managers, and other source to analyse and report as per the agreed format and indicators Design and outsource IT based M&E data collection and analysis tools and software. Participate in important meetings if requested by the line manager of person assigned Support PMs to conduct partnership assessments, conduct Annual Programme Reviews and write Annual Country Rreport Align all Country office programme M&E with VSO's global results framework Assist partners in strengthening their M&E capacity and reporting to VSO Documentation: Develop a plan and establish documentation unit / resource centre in VSO Freetown office. Preparing regular project/program reports that meet the requirements of the project scope (including monthly reports, situation updates, other documentation as needed). Maintain and monitor reporting schedules in liaison with Programme Managers. Assist the programme team in the collection, collation and analysis of key data which reflects program commitments, with emphasis on impact indicators and the project's
